If you are not happy with the product you have received, we will refund your payment made to us, providing the item is sent back to us, in brand new and working condition.
If an item is faulty, we will exchange the item for you or offer you a refund, but the item must be sent back to us in brand new condition.
Please Note – We will not refund the return postage cost, only the payment you have made to us for the item.
